My Thoughts On The Chris Dorner Situation

While Chris Dorner was on the run in California, I saw all kinds of random opinions of the situation on Twitter. A lot of tweets I saw were of people saying they were rooting for Dorner's success because the LAPD is corrupt.

In my opinion, regardless of how Dorner lost his job, there is NO excuse for the way he chose to handle everything. Killing innocent people makes no sense to me, at all. At the end of the day Dorner is a killer and there is no justification for his actions. For those of you who were rooting for him, would you still feel the same way if he killed your family member while trying to prove his point?

Yes we all know or my have heard about how corrupt the LAPD is. But we can not judge an entire department based on the actions of their bad apples. LAPD does have a bad history, N.W.A. brought this to our attention years ago.

But there are actually LAPD officers who are not corrupt. And I'm sure they do not want their individual positive efforts tarnished by all the bad that plagues the department.

It really bothers me that we live in a society that judges a entire group of people based on the actions of a few. Perfect example-----> not all black women are loud and have attitudes.

Get it together please.

Oh and few other things:

The LAPD has been involved in corruption for years. Why all of a sudden is everyone speaking out against them? Because it's popular right now? When we all move on from this Dorner story is everyone still going to fight to expose the LAPD?

And where is this same enthusiasm for all the black on black crime going on nationwide, especially in Chicago?
