Be Healthy: Fruit and Vegetable Blend

Every month I post a "Be Healthy" topic and provide information on how different fruits are beneficial to 
your body. Well blending them can also be helpful. Plus it's an easy was to incorporate 
fruits and vegetables into your daily routine.

Recently I heard Dr. Oz say its best to consume fruits and vegetables in the morning, before you
eat anything else. So it's probably best to do this in the morning.

Here's what you blend:
Half a red apple
Half a green apple
Lemon juice: Squeeze half a lemon
Handful of spinach
Handful of romaine lettuce
One celery stick
Tablespoon of raw honey
Tablespoon of olive oil

*In between adding a couple of items, add water and blend.*

Despite it's green color, the blend tastes very good and it's good for you!

You can also add half an Orange (cut the skin off) and a whole banana. 
For a more refreshing taste I sometimes substitute celery with cucumbers. 
Try different combinations until you figure out what you like best.
